From 2010 to 2013, I worked at Alberta Blue Cross in the Corporate Communications department. I was part of the team responsible for web design, front-end development, graphic design, prototype development, user experience and content management for the corporate website, intranet and internal software prototypes.

Services for plan members redesign

Reorganized content and menus based on user feedback and on business requirements. Redesigned the interface to be more user friendly and built new templates for existing functionality. Built the CSS to be easily adapted to responsive at a future date.

Plan Advisors redesign

Reorganized content and menus based on Service for plan members decisions. Built new templates for existing functionality. Built as Responsive CSS as a demo.

Member sign-in redesign

Incorporated sign in functionality to the public site. Simplified the sign in process and made it more intuitive for the user.

Intranet redesign

Redesign of the Alberta Blue Cross intranet and upgraded the CMS. 13 departments and an additional 4 special-purpose teams maintain their own content using the content management system.
